If your item arrives damaged or does not match the description, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the issue comes from our side)
Custom pieces, digital products, and personalized items are non-refundable
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
